As leaders in our industry, we feel it is important for our team to share and learn with our industry peers. The time we commit to local industry organizations only helps us better understand how we can improve on our project collaboration, development approach, and establish stronger teaming opportunities while maintaining the most up to date knowledge in our market. We accomplish these goals through participating and supporting industry organizations like:

KNOWLEDGE IS KEY.
Sharpe supports the ACE Mentor Program
Sharpe’s list of charities is long and meaningful to all the people they serve. This year, we are proud to support the ACE Mentor Program. On August 25th, Sharpe sponsored the ACE Mentor LA/OC Golf Classic at Industry Hills Golf Club. During the day, we held various contests for all participants to help us raise additional money for ACE Mentor. Because of the efforts of our industry partners, we were able to donate an additional $4,700 to ACE Mentor. In true Sharpe fashion, we aim to achieve the highest level in everything we do. Our collective effort to help our community by supporting the ACE Mentor Program will transform lives through education and the gift of doing something special for people in need.
The ACE Mentor Program of America, founded in 1994, is a no-cost after-school program that prioritizes workforce development for high school students by connecting them with experts from the design and construction industry. ACE Mentor addresses pressing workforce needs, offers a range of exciting opportunities for students, and plays a crucial role in bridging the skills gap, with continuous mentor opportunities from high school through to full-time employment.
